Do You Offer Free Shipping?
The Beauty Boxes ship via our special concierge service which includes free DHL express shipping with customs, taxes & duties included! No additional hidden costs at delivery!
What will be the shelf life of the products?
All products in our beauty boxes are freshly made and will ship directly from US. Individual product shelf life will be mentioned on the box listing page.
What is the difference between Skincare Discovery box and Skincare Routine Box?
Discovery box has two full sized products and skincare routine box has 4 full sized products that work together in a routine.
What if I have allergies to ingredients?
Products in beauty boxes will be revealed in advance, so you can check the ingredients list and make sure that you aren’t allergic to any of them. If you have any questions or concerns you can email us at contact@theboxwalla.in
Can I return or get a refund for Beauty Boxes?
Since the boxes will be shipped directly from US we will not be able to accept returns or refunds. Please check the ingredients list carefully to make sure you are not allergic to any of them.
What if I receive a broken product?
Please email us at contact@theboxwalla.in and we will take care of it.
Can I combine beauty order with book subscription?
Beauty and Books orders cannot be combined. Please place separate orders for book boxes and beauty boxes as our shipping and fulfillment for both these boxes is handled separately.
Will there be common product in both boxes?
Both discovery and skincare routine boxes will have different products. However you can use both the boxes together.
